Karen Ginsburg, LCSW
Karen Ginsburg received a BFA in Acting from the Experimental Theater Wing at New York University and a Masters of Social Work, also from New York University. In addition to her work as a performer she was a licensed massage therapist for over a decade, incorporating training in Shiatsu, Swedish massage and craniosacral therapy into her work. She is a graduate of the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy in New York City, received a certificate in Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy from The Center for Somatic Studies, NYC and has also completed a three year training in Somatic Experiencing, a body based approach to working with trauma. She has trained with, and assisted, Dr. Ruella Frank, the creator of Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, for over 20 years. She is senior faculty at the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia where she also mentors new faculty and supervisors, and is also on the Faculty of The Center for Somatic Studies. She is licensed in NY and PA and offers psychotherapy online and in-person for individuals and couples. She also offers clinical supervision for mental health professionals and allied professionals in all stages of their careers. Her work incorporates her experience as a performer, bodyworker and therapist, with an emphasis on presence, relationship and creativity.
Chrys Hakyung Kim, Psy.D.
Chrys Hakyung Kim, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York and faculty in Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy (DSP) at the Center for Somatic Studies. His work integrates psychoanalytic, gestalt, and somatic approaches, with a focus on real-time, embodied and relational process. He teaches and supervises clinicians through lecture, live demonstration, and case-based learning, with particular attention to how patterns of adaptation take shape in the moment and how they may be reorganized through awareness. His teaching and supervision include pre-licensed clinicians—psychology interns, externs, and psychiatric fellows—within hospital and outpatient settings, as well as licensed clinicians across workshops and professional training programs. He brings a grounded, experiential approach to his teaching, emphasizing the clinician’s use-of-self and the immediacy of therapeutic contact.=

Zachary Model, LMHC
Zachary Model, LMHC, is a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in experiential, present-centered approaches, including Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, AEDP, and contemplative psychotherapies. He is a teacher and supervisor at the Center for Somatic Studies and a group facilitator and guest instructor at the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science. Since 2016, he has contributed to research on stress and resilience at Columbia University and Pace University, where he is a doctoral candidate under the mentorship of Dr. Anthony Mancini.
